Born in Greensboro NC and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Chuck Andrews relocated to Wilson over 23 years ago. Through his 35 year career with BB&T, Chuck held various banking positions and retired in 2014 as a Senior VP responsible for 13 operation centers. Having worked with Candy Taylor at BB&T, Chuck became involved with NCFP when they were seeking to purchase their current building on South Douglas Street. Chuck now serves as a board member and fervent promotor of NCFP. He also serves on the Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Committee and is a Sunday school teacher at his church. An avid runner, Chuck has completed over 23 marathons and numerous half marathons. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife of 41 years, two children, and two grandchildren.
